Every piece is BIS hallmarked with HUID verification. Select designs are also available in Platinum 950.

All our gold and silver is 100% recycled. Our atelier is amfori BSCI assessed, Sedex SMETA audited, and RJC certified — because purity should apply to our practices, not just our metals.

Bespoke pieces start at ₹25,000 and take 3–4 weeks.

Custom fonts and special requests? No extra charge.

Note: Engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Simply click the return button on our website. Return the piece in original condition with all tags and certifications. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Once your return has been received and approved by our team, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks.

1-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects — loose or missing stones, setting issues, clasps, closures, and structural problems.

Not covered: Normal wear and tear, scratches, theft, modifications, or damage from improper care.

Something wrong? Send us photos and a short video. If it's a defect, we'll repair or replace it — no cost to you.

While precious metals can naturally develop some tarnish over time with regular wear, our quality standards are designed to minimise this as much as possible.

While our pieces are made to high standards, regular exposure to water, soap, and other chemicals can affect their finish over time. Taking a little extra care will help keep your jewellery looking beautiful for longer.
